Dr Stephanie Mines is currently a psychologist whose work revolves around climate change impacts as they relate to the populations she serves. These include women and children, survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and the families of war. She also focuses on services to indigenous populations and those most at risk for climate injustice. Dr Mines is currently launching a pilot project called Sustainable Health for a Climate Changing World to address the health consequences of accelerating climate change at the grassroots level. This project includes a Cultural Library of Sustainable Health Resources and a global training program to certify Sustainable Health Practitioners.
