Dr Rafia's professional career started in 1993 as a school counselor untill she joined the Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab in 2002. She did her post doctorate research from Division of Psychiatry and Applied Psychology School of Medicine, University of Nottingham. She has presented at multiple national and international conferences and her research has been published in impact factor and HEC approved journals. Dr Rafia is a member of the board of studies at the Department of Psychology & Applied Psychology at the University of Punjab.
